LIABILITY WAIVER: All exercise and participation is done at the risk of the member/customer and his/her guest and Ion International Training Center is not liable for theft, loss of personal property or injury including bodily or death. Member acknowledges that Ion International Training Center will not accept responsibility for theft or damage to any person property. Customers of Ion International Training Center hereby assume all risks associated with the use of Ion International Training Center facilities and waives all rights, and rights of customers guests, heirs, administrators, executors, successors and assigns and hereby agrees to release the operator, building owner, building manager, any of their affiliates and Ion International Training Center from and indemnify such parties against any and all claims, including but not limited to personal injury including bodily injury or death, and all property damage whether or not based on the acts of omissions of Ion International Training Center arising out of or in any way connected with the use of Ion International Training Centers facilities by member, member's guests, customers or invites. I understand that Ion International Training Center reserves the right to use any pictures of video taken during the event for advertising and promotional purposes. Any party benefited by the terms of this liability waiver shall be entitled to rely on and enforce such terms. The terms and conditions contained herein along with the policies constitute the full agreement between Ion International Training Center and the customers/member or no oral promises made are a part of it.
